Can I meet my research team face-to-face?
This is not usually possible because our team and researchers are based all around the world. We usually find video calls or phone calls more than suffice – of course if this is something that is very important to you, there are ways that we can facilitate this face-to-face meeting in special circumstances.

Yes of course we will make our recommendations based on qualifications, expertise and prior experience, however these are only suggestions and should you decide to select a different final team to our initial selection, we’re more than happy to oblige.

Work that we produce is completely for you. You can utilize it as you like, The one reservation for this is usually general publication, which can carry an extra fee. However when it comes to dealing with your clients, we’re more than happy for you to deliver our work under your own service name.

Well that really depends on the size and complexity of the project, but from our academic research days, delivery times as soon as 24 hours are feasible. However with consultancy work you would usually be looking at longer than that. That’s just due to the nature of the work involved and its complexity. We however entertain all deadlines, if confident we can provide you with the high quality we guarantee.

Perhaps the odd one that is outside our expertise, especially when it comes to geographical range – or something that’s very niche or specialist. However we have over 500 members of our research team – so we are usually more than capable of undertaking all projects that are placed with us.
